Audience Builder
Match two lists against each other, or enrich a list with CRD numbers from a vendor file, and export the result. Not tied to a specific client: nothing here writes into ProofIQ.
Match mode: upload two lists (e.g. a 3rd-party contact list and an IntentIQ export, CSV or XLSX) to find the people or companies that appear on both, in three passes: exact email first, then company domain, then name+company similarity. Download the matched result formatted for LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads/YouTube, Spotify, or Vibe ad upload, or as a plain CSV.
CRD enrichment mode: upload a CRD vendor file (FINTRX, AdvisorPro, Discovery Data, or Dakota Data) as the reference and your own list as the target, and get your list back with a CRD number filled in wherever one matched. Every row from your list comes back, matched or not, so you can see verification status across your whole list.
Results are kept for 48 hours, then automatically deleted, so download what you need before then. In CRD enrichment mode, the reference file itself is deleted as soon as matching completes.

What columns to include, and exactly what each export format looks like
Input: what each list needs
No fixed template, and List A and List B don't need matching column names. Each row just needs enough to match on: an email column gets the highest-confidence match; a company/firm column (with an email or a website/domain to derive one from) enables the domain-match pass; a name column (first_name/last_name or full_name) plus company enables the fuzzy pass. A row missing all of these just won't match anything: it isn't rejected, it's simply left out of the matched result.
Output: real examples from an actual test run
Plain CSV (every matched field, useful for review):
email,first_name,last_name,full_name,firm_name,domain,phone,match_method,match_confidence
john@acme.com,John,Doe,John Doe,Acme Corp,acme.com,,email,1.0
Meta Custom Audiences:
email,fn,ln
john@acme.com,john,doe
LinkedIn Matched Audiences, contacts:
email
john@acme.com
LinkedIn Matched Audiences, company list:
Company name,Website
Acme Corp,acme.com
The two LinkedIn formats are reconstructed from LinkedIn's public docs, not a real downloaded Campaign Manager template, so it's worth a spot-check against an actual template before a real campaign upload (see the note below).
