Data Enrichment
Two ways to enrich this client's own contacts and visitors: results land back in ProofIQ, nothing to export manually
Upload a reference file from FINTRX, AdvisorPro, Discovery Data, or Dakota Data (CSV or XLSX, up to 500MB) and it's matched against this client's existing ProofIQ contacts to identify each advisor's CRD number. Matched contacts get a CRD-verified badge with a confidence score: 1.0 means an exact email match; anything lower means the match was made on name and firm only, worth a quick spot-check before treating it as certain.
What columns to include, and exactly what you'll get back
Input: what the file needs
No fixed template. The parser recognizes common column names regardless of vendor formatting: anything close to email, first name/last name (or a single full name column), and firm/company will be picked up. Include a crd/crd number column too if the source file has one, though it isn't required for matching. The more of these a row has, the better the match quality: email alone is enough for an exact match, but name+firm needs both to attempt a fuzzy match.
Output: nothing to download here
CRD Verification doesn't produce a file. Matched rows write straight onto this client's existing ProofIQ contacts: crd_number, a crd_confidence score (0–1), and a crd_verified_at timestamp. You'll see the verified badge appear on the Pipeline page's Contacts table once a job completes; there's nothing to export or move around manually.
