Select a client, then upload two or more contact lists (CSV or XLSX). They're combined into one set, deduped by email, then split into a separate CSV per firm, zipped, and saved to that client's files below for 48 hours -- ready to download whenever you're ready, not pushed to your browser automatically.
How firm and duplicates are determined
Firm
"Firm column" (default): uses a Company/Firm/Employer/Organization column when the file has one, falling back to the contact's email domain only when that column is blank on a row. "Email domain only" ignores any company column entirely and always groups by domain instead -- useful when a company column exists but is messy or inconsistent. Either way, free email providers like Gmail or Yahoo are grouped separately, not treated as a firm.
Duplicates
Contacts are deduped by email address across all uploaded files. When the same email appears more than once, the rows are merged, filling in any blank fields from one copy with values found on the other.
